Future Model of Hatchback Cars

Toyota's iQ mini will make its debut in production form at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Scheduled for production in late 2008 and released as a 2009 model, the cute little car by the Japanese car maker was first shown in concept form at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show and is absolutely tiny at just under three metres in length. Sure, its longer than the even tinier Smart ForTwo, however, the iQ has the benefit of being able to seat three adults plus a child or cargo.

Technical specifications are sketchy for the time being although rumour has it that the iQ will be powered by an economical 1.0-litre engine with auto stop-start functionality.
